A graduate of Calgary’s National Sport School, Adam Drybrough trained professionally as a figure skater and competed on the national stage in Canada for a number of years, pairing with Colleen Drybrough. Alumni of the Canada Games, the pair also competed at the Canadian National Championships at the junior level in 2004, 2005, and 2006, and at the senior level in 2007, finishing 12th in the country. Following his retirement from the sport, Adam Drybrough entered the real estate industry in Calgary.
A natural self-starter, he grew up in a family which owned and operated a wholesale food manufacturing business, fostering his entrepreneurial spirit. In 2010, he started working as a development and business strategy consultant, lending his expertise to companies looking to begin front-end development projects. A savvy website builder, he also manages all aspects of public relations and social media for individual companies and their specific projects.
Outside of his consulting work, Adam Drybrough was previously a board member for the ALS Society of Alberta’s Betty’s Run for ALS, an annual run that has raised in excess of $6.5 million for ALS research and support services in the past 20 years. Mr. Drybrough’s hobbies include traveling, listening to live music, and racing cars.
